1. Information we collect

From the parent or guardian: name, email, phone, billing address, payment information, and responses to intake and booking forms.

About the athlete, provided by the parent: first name, last name, age or date of birth, sport, team or organization, and the performance-related context the parent chooses to share.

Usage data: IP address, browser type, referring pages, visit duration.

We do not collect information directly from any athlete under 18 through our website, forms, or booking system.

2. How we use it

To deliver coaching services and communicate about them; to process payment; to schedule; to meet legal, insurance, and mandated reporting obligations. Nothing more.

3. Marketing

Athlete information is never used for marketing. Not names, not ages, not photographs, not results, not anonymized composites.

Parents may opt in to marketing communications and may opt out at any time. Testimonials, images, or identifying details involving an athlete are used only with separate written parental consent under a standalone media release, which is never bundled with enrollment and is never a condition of service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer personal information. Limited disclosure occurs to service providers who operate our scheduling, payment, and website systems under confidentiality obligations; where required by law, court order, or mandated reporting; and to referral partners only where the parent has requested an introduction and only the information necessary to make it.

Referral partners do not receive client lists, session content, or athlete information as a matter of course.

5. Retention and access

Records are retained for the period required by law and recommended by counsel, then securely destroyed. A consenting parent may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information at [email protected], subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is entirely secure.

7. Children's privacy

Our youth services are directed to families, and information about minor athletes is collected only from a consenting parent or legal guardian.

Where an athlete is under thirteen (13), all information is provided by the parent, who has consented in writing prior to any collection. Athletes under 13 do not have accounts, logins, or direct access to any online form or portal.

A parent may review the information held about their child, request its deletion, and withdraw consent to further collection at any time by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing consent ends the ability to deliver services.
