The Power Intensive is a transformational weekend designed to help you break long-standing patterns of people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, codependency, and the feeling of being responsible for everyone's needs except your own.

This experience blends guided processes, experiential exercises, and practical emotional tools to help you understand why you react the way you do—and how to shift those patterns for good.

You’ll learn how to set healthy boundaries, stop abandoning yourself, and reclaim the confidence and clarity you need to lead your life from a grounded, empowered place.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in the roles of “the fixer,” “the responsible one,” or “the one who holds everything together,” this weekend will give you the tools to step out of those loops and step back into yourself.
