When you join, you'll enjoy two live calls per month, where I will be guiding you through practices like guided meditations, self-hypnosis exercises, and answer any questions you may have. These live calls are recorded and posted for self-study, so you can revisit them at any time and review the material as often as you like.

I will also bring in a guest speaker and collaborator every month as available, providing you with unique insights and perspectives from experts in the field.

This will be a space that I share extra trainings, resources, or other transmissions that will deepen your personal mental wellness work or 1:1 coaching sessions.

This is about how to rise when these things come up - instead of going into the unconscious, the addictions, the shame, the fear.
