Our time together is sacred. Each session is designed to support deep healing, transformation, and connection. To receive the fullest benefit, please take a few moments to prepare intentionally.

Choose a private, comfortable place where you feel safe to explore your emotions and life experiences. Confidentiality is a priority.

Silence distractions and let others know youโll be unavailable during your sessionโthis time is just for you.
๐ Support Your Process

Keep a journal or notebook nearby to capture insights, assignments, and reflections. Writing anchors your awareness and helps you reconnect with breakthroughs between sessions.

Have water or tea ๐ต close at hand. Processing emotions can activate the nervous system, and hydration helps your body regulate with ease.
๐๏ธ Integration Time

Allow at least 30 minutes of quiet space after your session for journaling, meditation, contemplation, or simple rest. These moments help your soul integrate the work before stepping back into life.

To fully embrace the sacred nature of this work, please refrain from substance use (alcohol, nicotine, marijuana, or illicit drugs) during and directly after your session.

If substance use is apparent, the session will be ended and forfeited.
