Most people spend their entire lives learning about their physical body.

No one teaches them about the rest.

You are more than the body you live in. You have an energetic anatomy — a subtle body that receives, processes, and transmits energy in every relationship, every room, and every decision you make. It is just as real as your physical anatomy. It is just as learnable. And it is almost entirely unmapped for most people.

The Energy Intensive is where that changes.

This two-day in-person experience is the foundation course for working consciously with your own energy. You will learn your energetic anatomy, develop practices that maintain and protect your field, and experience — not just understand — what it means to operate from a place of energetic awareness and sovereignty.

What you build here becomes the ground for everything that follows.

You will move through this work somatically, psychologically, and spiritually. That means it goes somewhere insight alone has never been able to take you.

What the two days include:

• Teaching on energy anatomy — your complete self, beyond the physical
• Direct experience of your own energy field through guided meditation and trance work
• A specialized hypnotherapy journey for energetic clearing and retrieval
• Energetic hygiene practices you can use daily to scan, clear, and protect your field
• Breathwork for integration
• Reflection and journaling practices built into the experience
• A student manual to carry the work forward
• Lunch and snacks provided both days
• An intimate group container held with care and clear boundaries

This is not stress management.
