Sacred Soul Sayulita is a small-group, alcohol-free retreat held entirely in this spirit. Over eight days, you will be held in ceremony, silence, nature, and community — with each day designed to carry you deeper into your own wisdom and clarity.

The Flow of the Retreat
Each day has its own intention. Here is a sense of the journey you will move through.
Day 1 · Saturday — Arrival & Welcome Opening gathering, introductions, and a ceremony to mark the beginning of your eight days together.
Day 2 · Sunday — Awareness Understanding the patterns that shape our inner world. The difference between ego, personality, and soul.
Day 3 · Monday — Going Deeper Guided experiences that begin to loosen the stories and patterns we carry. This is where the real unraveling begins.
Day 4 · Tuesday — Ceremony A profound ceremonial experience held in the land and traditions of Nayarit. Purification, prayer, and rebirth.
Day 5 · Wednesday — Nature & Movement A day spent in the breathtaking natural landscape surrounding Sayulita — movement, silence, and wonder.
Day 6 · Thursday — Higher Awareness Guided sessions that quiet the mind and open the door to deeper intuition, clarity, and inner knowing.
Day 7 · Friday — Restoration & Community A softer day held in rest, reflection, ocean time, and group sharing.
Day 8 · Saturday — Closing Ceremony & Departure A final morning gathering to honor the journey, close the container, and carry the light forward.

Meet Your Retreat Facilitators
Melissa Ratliff-Sorrell and Nadia Ahrens bring decades of combined experience in psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and spiritual development. Melissa is a nationally board-certified fellow in clinical hypnotherapy, and Nadia is a licensed psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. The two have trained together and shared more than 20 years of professional collaboration and personal friendship, walking alongside one another through both their clinical work and their own paths of growth and exploration.
Because of this shared history, they bring a rare depth of trust, understanding, and authenticity to the work they guide. Sacred Soul is not only built from what they have studied and taught, but from what they have explored, practiced, and experienced together over the course of their lives. Their intention is to create a grounded and supportive space where participants can slow down, look honestly at themselves, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within.
