Each day of Sacred Soul: Return moves at a gentle, unhurried rhythm. Nothing is forced. Everything is held.
Mornings begin slowly — quiet time in nature, personal reflection, and space for your system to wake up on its own terms.
Middays bring the group together for teaching, soul-level conversation, and integration practices led by Melissa and Nadia.
Afternoons are yours. Float. Walk the beach. Nap. Sit with the ocean. Rest is not the reward at the end of the day — it is woven into the design of every single one.
Evenings gather the group in sacred circle, connection, and presence beneath the open sky.

This retreat is intentionally small and carefully held. Current clients of Melissa or Nadia are warmly welcome to register directly.
If you are new to our work, we ask that you schedule a brief call with us before registering. This ensures the retreat is the right fit and allows us to hold the space with full integrity for every participant.
